Last year we received over 15 Chinese delegations from different parts of China and the number is set to increase as ChinaLink's partner network expands in China. Supporting services are being provided for trade, investment, and other business co-operation.

Supports to sectoral initiatives               
ChinaLink is Trade Partners UK appointed organiser for the British Hi-Tech Exhibition delegation to the China Hi-Tech Fair. Relevant sectors include electronical, IT/computer, medical, biotech, and many others. We have also involved in environmental technology transfer. This year seen the beginning of British Giftware Showcase in Shanghai (www.ukgift.net). Our interest in many other prioritised sectors of UK-China and Northwest - China will continue to develop and expand.

China Business Club

The Liverpool-Shanghai Sister City Link
ChinaLink has been instrumental in twinning of Liverpool and Shanghai and is working closely with the Liverpool City Council to establish the link to Shanghai as one of the most important links for the UK - China relation. The Council's China Affairs Office is co-located with ChinaLink ensuring the joint-up of civic links and trade links.
