Contact Information

The China High-tech Fair (CHTF) was firstly held in 1999 in Shenzhen, P.R. China. The Fair attracted Hi-Tech enterprises from 26 countries of the five continents, the overseas Chinese students as well as enterprises & organisation from Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan. 1,459 trade agreements with a total amount of USD 6,494 billion were recorded.

Building on the success Hi-Tech Fair 2000 once again gathered worldwide specialists & traders. There were 1,046 trade agreements signed with a sum of USD8.54 billion, increasing by 31.4% compared with the first CHTF.

Agriculture is the foundation of China's national economy. The new agricultural revolution is symbolised by information technology and biotechnology. Developing agriculture technology would be the critical strategy of changing China's agriculture in the new century.

With the objective to meet the requirement of development of China's agriculture technology as well as the challenge from WTO CHTF 2001 will firstly set up <Agritech 2001>, a thematic exhibition of agriculture technology, and concurrently offer technical seminars. It will introduce the most advanced technologies & products and provide exhibitors with a golden opportunity for promotion and technological exchange.
