Contact Information

CHTF is the most important trade fair on hi-tech industry in China. Remarkable successes have been achieved in many aspects. It creates great opportunities for the domestic and foreign enterprises, research and educational institutions to co-operate with each other.

Biotech 2001 - Significant Event in Biotechnology Industry

Biotech 2000 a thematic exhibition designed specifically for biotech industry, was successfully held as a feature component of CHTF 2000. Biotech 2000 accurately mirrored the development of the China biotech community. Worldwide industry leaders from the United States, Canada, European Union, Germany, Singapore and China etc. participated. Number of professional visitors reached 50,000. Full house in every session of the series of technical seminars in concurrent with Biotech 2000 was recorded.

CHTF2001 - on the Growth Track

China plans to build 20 research institutes in biotechnology at international level & 10 international biotechnology centres within the next decade (before 2010). Annual production value of biotechnology industry is predicted to reach 300 billion dollars.

In order to promote the development of biotechnology industry, the thematic exhibition - Biotech 2001 - will continuously to be held during CHTF 2001 with a series of technical seminars. It aims not only to provide worldwide industry players with a unique opportunity but also to introduce the most advanced technology and latest development to the Chinese market.
